1. Cancellation Policy

  • Inspection Services:
    • You may cancel your scheduled inspection service up to 24 hours before the appointment without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Sale and Purchase Facilitation:
    • For services related to the sale and purchase of vehicles, any deposits or fees paid are non-refundable once the transaction process has begun.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Rendered:
    • If we are unable to perform the inspection due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Service Dissatisfaction:
    • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your inspection report. We will review your case and may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Duplicate Payment:
    • If you have been accidentally charged more than once for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payment promptly.

3. How to Request a Refund
